From carefully reading the client's overview, I learned that the art direction of the Hai Restaurant lead towards the works of the late great Japanese artist, Shigeo Fukuda. This project also requires me to incorporate the elements styles of WWII propaganda posters into my final design. So I decided to do my own research & these were a few of the posters that sparked my interest.
